Here is my completely fictitious card, it is a card made in Money Cheat.
On the map you will find:

- An old farm
- A chicken farm (2 henhouses in the North)
- A small relaxation area
- A BGA
- An ETA with fruit and vegetable production in the greenhouse as well as pellet production (Straw Harvest DLC) useful on the map
- A forest site
- A wine estate
- A dairy cow farm (South of the map)
- A candy
- A small village with a sauna to be powered with wood pellets
- A relaxation island accessible via a passage submerged in water
- An equestrian center “JumenVille”
- A building site
- A functional fire station with the Emergency DLC
- A road maintenance center

The map contains 33 plots of different sizes as well as 3 forests
